If you have an existing booking, go to the booking you made and use the supplier's email address to send them a request to cancel or make a change to your booking.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours* before the experience's start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours* before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours* before the experience's start time will not be accepted.
These experiences are non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount paid will not be refunded.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 4 full days* before the experience's start time. If you cancel less than 3 full days* before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 3 full days* before the experience's start time will not be accepted.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 full days* before the experience's start time.
Any changes made less than 3 full days* before the experience's start time will not be accepted.
For a 50% refund, you must cancel 3-6 full days* before the experience's start time.
If you cancel less than 2 full days* before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
