| What happens if I damage the boat? | If you damage the boat there will be a charge made. You will be told about this and how to avoid these kind of accidents. |
| Where do I pick up the boat? | When we email you the booking confirmation we will give you our location |
| Is fuel for the boat included in the rental price? | No - You pay for the fuel you use on the day. You will be shown the fuel tank before the hire begins |
| Payment, receipt and Booking confirmation | Payment is not taken until your booking has been accepted. You will receive a confirmation email from the boat provider, which is your payment receipt and ticket for this hire. Please check your spam folder. |
