Our day starts with a visit to the peninsula of Kanoni with views over the most famous attraction of Corfu: Pontikonissi (Mouse Island) and Vlacherna Monastery.

Enjoy a short visit to Corfu town with its fortresses. The Venetian, British, French, and Greek influences make Corfu Town unlike any other city in Greece.

Our next destination is a Koum-quat exhibition where you can taste and buy traditional local products.

Driving through the central part of Corfu to the West Coast, we reach Paleokastritsa, one of Corfu's most beautiful and popular summer resorts. Here you have free time to walk up to the famous monastery on top of the hill, enjoy a boat trip to sea caves or stop at the lovely aquarium with a fascinating collection of Mediterranean fish and reptiles.

Leaving Paleokastritsa behind us, we drive up to the mountain village of Lakones for our lunch break. Here you can enjoy traditional Greek dishes in a restaurant high above the road with breathtaking views over the bays of Paleokastritsa.

We resume our journey through hills and olive groves to the northeast of the island and the picturesque fishing village of Kassiopi. Here you can enjoy a drink and a stroll around the charming harbour.

We return to our hotel along the northeast coast with views over the Albanian coastline as we pass the villages of Kouloura and Kalami with the renowned home of Lawrence Durrell.
